1. If you smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day:
• Start with Habitrol Step-1. Use for 3-4 weeks.
• Then use Habitrol Step-2. Use for 3-4 weeks.
• Then use Habitrol Step-3. Use for 3-4 weeks before stopping use of Habitrol Patch.
2. If you smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day:
• Start with Habitrol Step-2. [Step-1 is not required] Use for 6-8 weeks.
• Then use Habitrol Step-3. Use for 3-4 weeks before stopping use of Habitrol Patch.
3. Combination Therapy:
   • If you have relapsed in the past or you experience cravings whilst using Habitrol Patch, Gum or Lozenge on its own, you can combine the use of Habitrol Patch with Habitrol Gum 2mg or Habitrol Lozenge 1mg. See pack insert for full details.

Directions: Apply one nicotine patch at the same time every day, preferably on waking. Press patch firmly onto clean, dry, non-hairy skin, holding it in place for 20 seconds. Do not apply to the same spot you have just used the day before. Allow 3 days to pass before using the same skin site. Please carefully read the instructions included with each pack before using.

Presentation: Each pack contains 7 patches, enough for one weeks treatment.

Precautions: Do not use if sachet seal is broken. For external use only. Do not attempt to smoke a nicotine patch, ever. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use when pregnant or breastfeeding. Dispose carefully of used patches. Do not smoke or use any other nicotine product while using Habitrol Nicotine Patches.

Do NOT use if:

• You are under 12 years of age
• You are a non-smoker

• You have had a heart attack or stroke
• You have circulatory problems

• You are under 18 years of age
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have uncontrolled high blood pressure
• You have kidney or liver disease
• You have diabetes
• You have an overactive thyroid or adrenal gland cancer
• You have a skin disorder such as psoriasis or dermatitis
