Budesonide Nasal Spray for the short term prevention and treatment of hayfever

Budesonide Nasal Spray relieves the symptoms of hayfever including blocked nose, runny nose, itchy nose and sneezing.

Budesonide treats allergic rhinitis including hayfever. Budesonide Nasal Spray is normally used to prevent and treat allergic rhinitis (including hayfever), which is an inflammation or swelling of the nose lining. This is often, but not always, due to an allergy to something in the air. Budesonide Nasal Spray works by reducing the swelling and irritation in the lining of the nose. Budesonide Nasal Spray relieves the symptoms of blocked nose, runny nose, itchy nose and sneezing.

Budesonide Nasal Spray does not require a prescription.

Directions: The usual dosage for adults and children over 12 years is initially one or two sprays of Budesonide Nasal Spray into each nostril twice a day (morning and night), then after 2 to 3 days, one Budesonide Nasal Spray spray into each nostril twice a day. Do not use Budesonide Nasal Spray for children under 12 years of age without first consulting with a doctor. It usually takes 2 to 3 days of treatment with Budesonide Nasal Spray before you notice any improvement in your symptoms. If you suffer from hayfever, you should start your treatment with Budesonide Nasal Spray just before the hayfever season to prevent symptoms from starting. If hayfever symptoms do not improve within 7 days of treatment, see your doctor. Do not use for more than 6 months unless instructed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Presentation: each pack contains a spray bottle delivering 200 sprays of Budesonide 50mcg.

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Please carefully read instructions before use. Do not us if you are allergic to budesonide or any of the ingredients contained in this spray; you bleed easily or have recurring nose bleeds; you have a severe infection, especially thrush, in your nose.
