Simply allow Nicorette Microtab to gently dissolve under the tongue when you feel a craving for a cigarette.

Directions: During weeks 1-12 >> Allow 1 Nicorette Microtab to dissolve under the tongue (2 tabs may be used by heavy smokers) when you have an urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours. Do not use more than 40 microtabs/day.
After 12 weeks >> Gradually reduce to 1-2 microtabs a day then stop use. Use beyond 6 months is not recommended.

Precautions: Do not suck, chew or swallow Nicorette Microtabs. They work best by allowing them to dissolve slowly under the tongue. Use in adolescents under professional supervision only - Please talk to your doctor first.

Do NOT use if you are allergic to nicotine or under 12 years of age. Do NOT use unless advised to by a doctor if you have had a stroke, or heart or circulation problems. Before using Nicorette Microtab ask your doctor if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, a stomach ulcer, kidney or liver disease, use insulin for diabetes, have an overactive thyroid or have adrenal gland cancer.
