They are specially handled and manufactured, use vegetable capsules and are in blister pack format to help create enhanced stability at room temperature causing them to NOT require refrigeration. Clinicians MultiFlora Capsules Directions: Adults: Take ONE capsule ONCE or TWICE DAILY with FOOD. Children 3 years and over: Take HALF to ONE capsule DAILY with FOOD. For young children - the capsules should be opened and the contents mixed with either milk or water. If being taken with Antiboitics - take THREE HOURS away from antibiotics.
