Manuka Honey is created by NZ Honeybees feasting on the native shrub “Leptospermum Scoparium” which covers vast areas bounding NZ native forests, far away from any human pollutants.

• A Manuka honey with a UMF15+ rating has the same antibacterial activity as a 15% solution of Phenol.
• A Manuka honey with a UM250+ rating (which is the highest rating available) has the same antibacterial activity as a 20% solution of Phenol.
