Earlier in our blog we wrote about nutritional supplementation and how the media often attacks the practice as not only a waste of time and money but as being potentially harmful.

The latest one cropped up in the Sydney Morning Herald on June 12, 2011 and I quote: Popping a Berocca for example, which is high in sugar, is not going to be of great benefit to someone deficient in B vitamins.


Very interesting point especially seeing that Berocca Performance is a sugar free product. We stand by our assertion that you need to use common sense when assessing any information.
