If we had the one remedy that could cure all snoring for all people we'd have a billion dollar fortune. Our experience shows us that what may work for one person does not mean it will work for another. When asked what we have to treat snoring we start by seeing what else our snorer has already tried. Sometimes a simple and cheap remedy works well so we don't bother investigating the more expensive treatments.

Snoring occurs when there is obstructed air movement passing over the uvula and soft palate. The disturbed airflow causes these structures to vibrate and a sound is created, sometimes gentle and soft and other times frighteningly loud and unpleasant.

Here briefly are our four most popular treatments for snoring:

Asonor Nasal Spray prevents drying up of the mucous membranes in the nose and throat by adding moisture to the mucous membrane. This way, a deeper, undisturbed breathing is achieved. Asonor solution is specially developed for long-term treatment and has no side effects.

Breathe Right Nasal Strips are an effective, drug free way to relieve nasal congestion associated with colds, allergies, deviated septum and congestion during pregnancy. By opening up the nasal passages, improved air flow is achieved and snoring may be eliminated.

Silence Anti-Snoring Spray utilizes a special diffuser that delivers the unique mousse that coats the throat tissues and lubricates the pharynx mucosa walls. This reduces the vibration of the soft palate and the resulting snoring. This is our most popular snoring product and while it is not effective for everyone we experience good repeat business. It is not suitable for asthmatics.

The Aveo-TSD is made from a soft medical silicone for comfort and works by holding the tongue forward by gentle suction preventing it from falling back against the back of the throat , keeping the airway open during sleep. This treatment is the most expensive and we recommend it when all else fails. It is effective but it takes up to a week to get used to wearing the device.
